Each week we build on what we did during the week before so if someone misses they do need to make that up by doing the audio file on their own.

• What if I can’t make it to the Zoom meetings? 

  • Be there and be committed. If someone were to miss one meeting I could create a private YouTube link and share the video that way with them. But because the workshop is about creating the energy of the group and using that to push us farther and faster that's really what you're getting is that live peace with the group. So if you have to miss one week you can make it up but any more than that and I wouldn't do it. The benefit is being in that time and space with us.

  • If you can’t make it I will put you on the waitlist for the next time I run it.

In promo materials: In terms of doing sessions 1:1 with me, yes I have people do a PLR before a straight spirit guide session since it can feel like a lot of pressure to connect with the guides and this pressure (albeit self-made!) can make the experience less bc there is a lot more room for doubt in the process. HOWEVER! And this is why I'm doing this workshop... there is no harm in going to search for your guides and their wisdom without prior PLR work. And the at-home audio version is a great seemingly low-risk way to the conscious mind. Another cool thing is that there is a replay link so you can practice and exercise your mind's ability with the workshop content and hypnotic journey as much as you want without having to work with anyone besides yourself and your power.

This would be a great way for anyone to start this journey. At-home experience and practice, no matter how blocked or profound, is a space we can learn more about ourselves AND our blocks. For example, noticing certain blocks around certain things, people, events, emotions, etc. I encourage people in session to get curious about these blocks rather than frustrated. There's a reason they are there!

If you notice things you feel like you can't get past or through on your own, that's a good place to start working 1:1 with hypnosis. The more we can learn, even if we're simply learning about our blocks, can lead to more learning and healing. Maybe an intention for a trip to the Garden of the Guides at the workshop or some time after would be to get information specifically about the times you feel blocked or blocks in general. 

DURING THE COURSE:

One of my goals is to help the people feel connected to each other. So they have someone to talk about with this. To hear other peoples experiences or lessons so they can feel not so alone or prepared.

With this in mind I'll send emails that aren't blind copied and encourage them all to get to know each other. Share their Instagram handles if they want. Or as a group of 20 too big for this? Maybe I could blind copy them if they want to send in their Instagram handles.

Hi, I’m Jina, your partner on this journey!

Before meeting my Spirit Guides I believed in them and doubted every piece of information I got from them! I didn’t know how to connect with their guidance or who they were. I also had this underlying feeling like they had helped me pack my bags for this life on earth and then sent me on my way leaving a bag full of tools behind. Like I came here to learn some things but instead, I felt so alone and like the skills I needed were out of my grasp for some cosmic reason.

Throughout my journey exploring past lives, I’ve gotten to know my Spirit Guides and have been able to gain insights and wisdom from them that has helped me in all of my relationships, it’s helped me maneuver in my career and feel supported and guided in a way that influences every part of my existence in this life.

What Happens If I Don’t Make Contact?

Of course, I can’t guarantee you’ll make the kind of contact in your wildest dreams during this workshop, I am using a method that has worked with all of my clients to get insights and wisdom from your Spirit Guides. The biggest barrier to making it happen is thinking what you are experiencing isn’t real and being unwilling to engage with the details. Sometimes we think contact is going to be this god-on-a-cloud or burning-bush moment. More often than not it’s a simple subtle message that reverberates in your life that changes the way every situation tastes and feels.

Remember muscle memory? Well, it’s actually a nerve memory called neuroplasticity. This is our brain and nervous system's ability to build new nerve pathways or strengthen already-established pathways for ways of moving, thinking, speaking, feeling. The more you open your mind to your subconscious knowings, visions, sensations, and feelings the easier it gets. 

For most people, their first attempt at reaching their Spirit Guides can be the dimmest, fuzziest encounter with them. The more we do it the easier it gets, the more information we get, the more we can trust and act on this Divine Guidance.

While some of the answers we want from our Spirit Guides are answers we need to get ourselves (it may be tied into other lessons or curves in your path), there is plenty we can know about ourselves and our life path from our Guides.

In this workshop, I'll also let you know a trick I use with my clients to get more insights when the answer is not for us right now. Just because we can't have the answer doesn't mean we can't get some hints about how to get the answer, how to know when the right option comes up for us... there is still information to have there! I like to push them to the boundaries ;-)

• After this, you’ll have time to ask any questions that may pop up from this chat or about the journey ahead.

• We'll take a few minutes to create the intention together for the hypnotic journey we’ll be taking.

• Then we'll take the hypnotic journey to the Garden of the Guides where you can ask your Spirit Guide(s) questions, gain insights, understanding, or guidance going forward.

• After the journey, we’ll come back together…
